At Batalo, we’re more than just a boat tour — we’re a floating piece of island history, lovingly restored and operated by our family with deep roots in Vela Luka.
Originally built as a Yugoslav Navy landing craft, Batalo has been reimagined into a sustainable, soul-filled restaurant and excursion boat that brings guests to the hidden gems of Island Proizd. Every day, we set sail from the Old Pier in Vela Luka at 11:00, cruising the beautiful Korčula coastline.
Guests enjoy local wine, freshly prepared seafood, and swimming in the stunning Batalo Bay — all included in the price. Captain Ivan Vlašić, a seasoned seafarer and proud islander, personally guides each trip, sharing stories, cooking the catch of the day, and making every guest feel like part of the family.
